Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Specialist to manage our brand’s presence on Amazon.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing inventory, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance for our Nipogi mini PCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including title, bullet points, descriptions, and images to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer reviews, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Display Ads) to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align e-commerce strategies with brand goals.
  • Stay updated on Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Utilize Amazon Seller Central tools and third-party analytics platforms to track performance metrics (e.g., ACoS, ROI, CTR).
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through Amazon’s messaging system, ensuring high satisfaction and positive reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central operations, preferably in the electronics or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and PPC advertising.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, or Vine Program.
  • Knowledge of mini PC or consumer electronics market trends.
  • Basic understanding of HTML or content management tools for listing optimization.
